L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment idéal. Il est situé au cœur de Chinatown, à proximité des transports publics et d'une multitude de restaurants. De plus, plusieurs voyageurs ont mentionné que les chambres étaient propres et équipées de tout le nécessaire, tels qu'un frigo, un micro-ondes et même un fer à repasser. Certains ont également apprécié la douche agréable et bien chaude.
Le processus de récupération des clés peut être un peu compliqué, nécessitant une communication préalable par WhatsApp et donc une connexion Wi-Fi disponible ou une carte SIM locale fonctionnant à Singapour.
